Coolevardier

Two cocktails in one – if you love the bitter twang of a Negroni then use Campari in your Coolevardier; if you prefer the sweeter orange notes of Aperol you know what to do. Either way the creamy combo of your chosen aperitif and Coole Swan is packed with original flavours.

Ingredients

50ml Coole Swan
20ml Campari/Aperol
15ml Blended Irish Whiskey
Maraschino cherries to garnish

Method

1. Pour the three ingredients into a rocks glass. (Campari for those who love a Negroni or Boulevardier, Aperol for those who love a bit sweetness and a note of orange.)
2. Add at least two large cubes of ice
3. Stir for a minute
4. Add a garnish of your choice, we love three maraschino cherries on a cocktail stick rested on the top of the glass
