We love coffee. We love it so much we personally selected a range of Columbian Coffee beans to pair with our very own Coole Swan. You can trust us when you say that this Chocolate & Coffee Frape is a heavenly way to begin an evening.
- 2 shots of Espresso, chilled
- 60ml Coole Swan
- 30ml Milk
- 200g Ice cubes
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate sauce
- 50ml Coole Swan
- 100m cream
- 30g Caster sugar
- Dusting of cinnamon or cocoa powder
In a food processor or blender, add the ice cubes, coffee, Coole Swan, Milk and Chocolate sauce.
Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth
Whip the cream until it has reached stiff peak, add the sugar and Coole swan and re whisk.
Pipe or spoon some of this cream on top of the Frappe, dust with cocoa or cinnamon and serve
TIP : ALWAYS PUT YOUR GLASSES IN THE FREEZER THIS WILL KEEP YOU FRAPPE COOLER FOR LONGER.
