We know this is a strange time and we want to reassure you that Coole Swan are committed to providing you with you the same high quality product (and service) at this time. As a Coole Swan customer your wellbeing is important to us.
We are following all Government and HSE guidelines, to protect jobs and to help people to stay at home. Our team are working from home supporting our customers, our colleagues in retail and distribution.
Our priority throughout this pandemic remains our team and you are customers’ wellbeing. It is important for everyone to stay fit and as healthy throughout this crisis.
You will notice a change of scenery on our product shots as we photograph from different locations and homes.
Covid19 means there maybe some delays to your Coole Swan delivery, as we’ve increased safety measures in our fulfilment centres. To read more about these changes see our delivery statement.

The safety of our staff and partners is our top priority, so we’re working around the clock to make sure that you can get your Coole Swan orders as quickly as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe. We are currently experiencing no significant backlogs.
We do expect there maybe some delays to deliveries while we work to keep everyone safe. We have arranged for our carrier UPS to send your tracking details to your mobile phone or email. Please watch out for this. It will allow you track the progress and delivery date of your order
Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as Corona or extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
It is important to note that Coole Swan cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. So please provide complete addresses, contact details and use the UPS tracking information to avoid any possible loss.
