INDIVIDUAL COOLE SWAN CHOCOLATE BROWNIE TRIFLE

Ingredients

Brownie

  • 175g Plain Flour
  • 220g Butter
  • 130g Dark 55% Chocolate
  • 30g Cocoa Powder
  • 300g Caster Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ tsp. Baking Powder

Coole Swan Cream

  • 500g Mascarpone
  • 200ml Coole Swan
  • 50g Icing Sugar
  • Dash Vanilla Essence

Coole Swan Chocolate Sauce

  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 50ml Cream
  • 50ml Coole Swan

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 160°C / 140°C Fan / Gas 3.

Grease and line a 25cm x 15cm brownie tin.

In the microwave, melt the butter and chocolate, set aside. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla and sugar until pale, add the cooled chocolate and butter. Mix.

Fold in the sieved flour, cocoa ad baking powder. Mix.

Spoon this batter into the tin and bake for 40-50 minutes. Allow to cool.
