Coole Swan Returns Policy
Here at Coole Swan we have two simple aims;
- To make sure you, our customer, are 100% happy with your purchase.
- To ensure that your Coole Swan order arrives in perfect condition.
If you are unhappy with your order, we will refund or exchange it within 7 days of when the order was delivered. However, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the order that you will be returning and that you accept to pay the cost of returning the product. Refunds including shipping costs can only be refunded if they were delivered in error, defective or badly damaged.
Refunded orders must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and as new for the refund to be granted. Refunds will be processed within 21 days of Coole Swan receiving the returned order.
We cannot refund Coole Swan products which have been opened, tasted or partially used and cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally, any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.

Please follow the instructions below for returning items:
- Return a copy of the invoice highlighting the return items and Please write the reason for returning and the quantity.
- Please put the order and invoice in the original packaging as tightly and securely as possible to ensure minimal damage from transit.
- Fix the address above to the packaging and ensure no other addresses are visible.
You can cancel your order. Cancellation must be done by email within 12 hours of the original order being placed on the Coole Swan website.
If the product has been delivered, you must return the product to us for it to be cancelled and you will be reimbursed. Unless the product is damaged and/or defective you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the product (inc shipping both ways) and ensuring it arrives in the original condition it was received. You have legal responsibility of the product until it is returned to Coole Swan. Should the products have evidence of any tampering, Coole Swan has the right to ask for compensation.
We cannot exchange Coole Swan products which have been opened, tasted or partially used and cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
A Coole Swan gift voucher is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Any Coole Swan product received as a gift may not be exchanged for cash.
