The Coole Swan White Martini

This Coole Swan take on an all-time favourite Martini is a perfect cocktail for a special occasion.  

How do we know which cocktails should be stirred and which shaken? In general, the rule of thumb is that you shake it when there’s something other than alcohol in the drink, e.g. syrups, juices, cream or eggs. Cocktails made entirely of spirits including bitters should be stirred, e.g. a classic Martini. Sorry, Mr Bond, a Martini should never be shaken.



25ml Coole Swan

15ml vanilla vodka

15ml Crème de Cacao (white)

Garnish: white chocolate shavings (optional)

How to make a The Coole Swan White Martini

Step 1.

Pour Coole Swan, vodka and Crème de Cacao into a shaker or mixing glass with ice.

Step 2.

Stir well.

Step 3.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 4.

Garnish with white chocolate shavings (optional).
