The Good Neighbour
This cocktail with a kick is a Coole Swan twist on the classic daiquiri. The name was inspired by a programme called The Good Neighbour introduced in the 1940’s between the USA and Latin America that saw a rise in the popularity of Rum based cocktails, in particular, the Daiquiri. Where would we be today without good neighbours?
