Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.

Entry Period: The competition begins on 01/04/2024 and ends on 31/07/2024. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.

Entry Method: To enter the competition, participants must submit their contact information via the official entry form on the website. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize: The prize consists of an overnight bed and breakfast stay for two people at Neven Maguire’s MacNean House. The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, another winner may be selected at the discretion of Coole Swan.

Privacy: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Disqualification: Coole Swan reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or violates any of these terms and conditions. The decision of the organizer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Changes to Terms: Coole Swan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the official website.

Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
