Ingredients

100ml Coole Swan
80g cucumber
3 mint leaves

Method

1. Muddle chopped cucumber with two mint leaves for as long as possible to make a paste
2. Add to a shaker and shake hard over ice for 20 seconds
3. Strain through a bar sieve into a cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of cucumber and a mint leaf
