Coole Lemon Frappe

Created for us by the amazing Rewfus Broad, this is light, refreshing and incredibly moreish with tropical notes of passion fruit and citrus.

65ml Coole Swan

25ml Limoncello

8 drops passionfruit drops

75ml Soda Water

Lemon twist to garnish

1. Fill your shaking tins halfway with cubed ice followed by 65ml Coole Swan, 8 passionfruit drops and 25ml Limoncello.

2. Shake hard to attain the best foam.

3. Fill your highball with cubed ice. Strain the mix into your glass slowly while with the other hand fill the same glass with 75ml of soda water.

4. Garnish and enjoy!
