Eat the Peach
The peach trees are in blossom, the sun is warming up – let’s get this party started. Light, refreshing slightly sparkling peaches and cream; a little bit naughty and a lot of nice.
Ingredients
Method
1. Fill your rocks glass with ice to chill.
2. Pour 25ml Coole Swan and 50ml Archers Peach Schnapps into a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into the rocks glass over ice.
4. Fill with 75ml soda water, and top with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with an edible flower, we used rose petals. Serve and enjoy.
