The Last Tango

Born in the Savoy Hotel London, on its extensive travels, the Tango has married gin with almost any citrus you can imagine. We love the hint of Sevilla oranges in our Coole Swan reinvention.

Ingredients

50ml Coole Swan
25ml Sevilla orange infused gin
2 drops of edible orange oil

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice
2. Shake for 45 seconds
3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with fruit, we fancied using a piece of kiwi
