How to Make the Santa's Little Helper

Ingredients

Serves two:
25ml cream
40ml Coole Swan
25ml vodka
10ml Amaretto
50g crushed ice
Freshly grated nutmeg and ground cinnamon to dust
Cinnamon sticks to garnish

Method

1. Put the cream, Coole Swan, vodka and Amaretto in a cocktail shaker
2. Add a good handful of crushed ice and shake until thoroughly combined
3. Strain into coupe glasses and give each one a light dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg to serve
4. Garnish with cinnamon sticks
