40ml Coole Swan
10ml Sambuca
10ml Creme de Menthe
Dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa) to garnish

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass
2. Add at least 2 large cubes of ice
3. Stir for a least a minute
4. Garnish with grated dark chocolate and chocolate shards
