Tart raspberry, smooth Coole Swan, and rich dark chocolate. This is a cocktail for people who appreciate a truly luscious blend. You could use milk chocolate instead of dark of course, but our cultivated cocktail tasters insist that it’s only a Coole Blush when you follow the ingredient instructions to the letter.


  • 50ml Coole swan
  • 30ml any raspberry flavoured vodka
  • 30ml white crème de cocoa
  • 15ml raspberry liquor


Place the ingredients in your Coole Swan Cocktail Shaker. Put in the ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass of your choice – we used the Coole Swan Signature Glass.


Dusting of Milk or Dark Chocolate & Fresh Raspberry to the side.
