- 800ml Milk
- 200ml Coole Swan
- 250g Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
- 115g Milk Chocolate, finely chopped
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Gently warm the milk with the chopped chocolate, cinnamon and salt, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.
Using a hand-held blender, or a whisk, mix in the Coole Swan, heating until the mixture is warmed through.
Mix the hot chocolate until it is completely smooth.
Serve very warm.
For an extra treat, top with marshmallows and dust with cocoa powder.
