THE HIGH BALL

Dip a frosted glass in egg white and desiccated coconut and enjoy this cocktail on the sunniest day of the year. Remember, presentation counts. The tropical look of our High Ball cocktail is half the experience, so make sure that you serve it with some colourful garnish or your favourite cocktail umbrella.

Ingredients:

  • 45ml / 1.5oz. Coole Swan
  • 45ml / 1.5oz. Whiskey
  • 45ml / 1.5oz. Malibu

Method:

Place the ingredients in your Coole Swan Cocktail Shaker. Put in the ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass of your choice – we used the Coole Swan Signature Glass.

Garnish:

Dip the glass into egg white. Place a handful of desiccated coconut on a plate and dip the rim of the glass into the coconut.

Notes:

Taste – The Coole Swan and coconut rum make this cocktail very easy to drink.
